1. Zero-Training Policy on Customer Data

We never train general, public, or foundation models on your proprietary data. Any data ingested, processed, indexed, or generated through Adople AI agentic workflows remains strictly segregated within your dedicated tenant or private cloud environment. Customer prompts, documents, database queries, and inference outputs are never used to train third-party LLMs or public models.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of information strictly to provide and maintain our services:

• Corporate Account Data: Name, professional business email address, company name, job title, and billing information.
• Operational & Telemetry Metrics: System performance indicators, latency, API invocation counts, and error diagnostic logs required for SLA enforcement and reliability.
• Customer Workflow Data: Data that you elect to connect via our connectors (e.g., Salesforce, Confluence, ERP, Jira, custom databases) for AI automation. This data remains under your exclusive administrative control.

3. Data Security & Encryption Standards

We employ multi-layered enterprise defense mechanisms to secure your information:

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest utilizing AES-256 encryption with optional Customer-Managed Encryption Keys (CMEK).
• Isolation: Multi-tenant logical isolation and support for dedicated single-tenant VPC or On-Premises deployments.
• Access Controls: Granular Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and audit trails for all administrative events.

4. Global Regulatory Compliance (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP Act)

Adople AI operates globally and adheres to major international privacy frameworks:

• GDPR (European Union): We act as a Data Processor for customer-managed data and a Data Controller for administrative account information. We support Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and complete Data Processing Addendums (DPAs).
• CCPA / CPRA (California, USA): We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• DPDP Act (India): In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, personal data of individuals in India is processed solely for legitimate business purposes with rigorous data principal rights protection and breach response protocols.
• HIPAA Readiness: For healthcare implementations, we sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and configure HIPAA-compliant environments.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

You maintain complete ownership of your data. You may request data export, modification, or complete cryptographic deletion of your data at any time. Upon contract termination, data is purged from active databases and backups in accordance with standard enterprise decommissioning cycles.
